People often tell me to take a break—that the work will still be there tomorrow. And while I understand that advice and appreciate where it comes from, it often comes from those who haven’t stood at the bottom of a startup. When you’re building something from nothing, tomorrow isn’t guaranteed unless today is handled with care, urgency, and intention.
